Our doctors are conveniently on staff at neighboring Lansdale Hospital - Abington Jefferson Health to provide you with the best possible care for your foot and ankle needs.  We work closely with your health care team.  The majority of our referrals come directly from the doctors in our community.  We are the podiatrists your doctors & friends recommend!

Dr. Gregory Caringi

 

Dr. Gregory Caringi is board certified in Foot & Ankle Surgery. His areas of expertise involve comprehensive medical and surgical treatment for all foot disorders.  This includes reconstructive foot surgery, treatment of bunions, hammertoes, heel pain, diabetic foot conditions, and wound care.

 

Dr. Caringi has served as the Chairman of the Divisions of Podiatry at both Lansdale Hospital and Mercy Suburban Hospital. He practices exclusively at Lansdale Podiatry Associates.

 

Dr. Caringi earned a BS in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and his professional degree is from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. He completed his residency in Podiatric Surgery at Monsignor Clement Kern Hospital for Special Surgery in Warren, Michigan.

 

Dr. Caringi is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Diplomat of the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.  He has served as a clinical instructor at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where he taught Surgical Anatomy and Biomechanics.

 

Dr. Vincent Mandato

 

Dr. Vincent Mandato is board certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.  He is also a Fellow in the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons.  Dr. Mandato practices exclusively at Lansdale Podiatry Associates. He is a wound care specialist with extensive training and is certified in hyperbaric oxygen treatments.

 

Dr. Mandato earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a professional degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency in Podiatric Surgery at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia.

 

His area of special interest is sports medicine.  Dr. Mandato has extensive training and experience working with football, soccer, and track athletes. His own experience playing Division 1 soccer at the University of Pennsylvania gives him a unique insight into treating athletic injuries. Currently, Dr. Mandato is on the sports medicine team for the Lansdale Catholic High School football team. He also has experience working with collegiate track athletes.

Dr. Kenneth Schatz

 

Dr. Kenneth Schatz has been in practice for over thirty years in the Souderton and Philadelphia areas. 

 

Dr. Schatz proudly served as an Army Combat Medic during the Vietnam War, where he was wounded, earning the Purple Heart.

 

Dr. Schatz earned his BA degree from Temple University and his podiatric medical degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.  He completed his surgical residency at the Medical Arts Center Hospital in New York.

 

He has extensive experience in treating foot disorders including high-risk diabetic care, ingrown nails, and plantar warts.
